Vanten has been decidedly unfortunate and is burdened with a condition that forces him to stay with dashing distance of the water closet at least until Skud gets his pills sorted. Not one to give in without a fight, Vanten hasn't allowed this to interfere with his work as the towns scribe or to dull his secret passion for poetry.
